The Asian Society for Traumatic Stress Studies is a multi-disciplinary organization committed to trauma prevention, education, treatment, and research. The organization provides a platform for exchange of knowledge about severe stress and trauma within the Asian region. This knowledge includes preventing traumatic events, understanding the scope and consequences of traumatic exposure, and ameliorating their consequences.
